Q. WHAT IS THE FASTEST WAY TO SEARCH FOR DESIGNS?
A. First of all, and most importantly, STAY ON THIS WEBSITE! You can search a database with over 30,000 t-shirt designs. They are sorted by Event, Organization, and even by Keyword. To get the best Keyword Search results, keep your search as general as possible.
Q. DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO ORDER A PROOF?
A. We do not charge for proofs, but we like to know that you intend an order with us after the proof is revised with your specifications. We realize that events get cancelled and sometimes ideas get voted down at chapter. We are willing to adapt to whatever your organization wants. Prographics will make your job as easy as possible.
Q. I HAVE A DESIGN PICKED OUT, SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL I HAVE SIZES BEFORE ORDERING A PROOF?
A. No. We will email you a proof that you can forward to your members. This will make it easier for you to sell more shirts!
Q. I FOUND THE DESIGN I LIKE ON THE PROGRAPHICS WEBSITE, CAN I MODIFY IT?
A.Yes. All designs can be customized to fit your taste. This includes size, text, and colors.
Q. HOW CAN I CHANGE A STOCK DESIGN?
A. At the bottom of the design’s thumbnail, select REQUEST A PROOF. Your design will automatically be sent to a form where you can easily tell us the modifications you would like to make, and we will send you a proof within 24 hours. Or…just call us!
Q. CAN I COMBINE ELEMENTS OF SEVERAL DESIGNS INTO ONE?
A. Yes, all of our designs that are shown in our T-SHIRT DESIGNS section are just examples of past customer art jobs. Our artists will combine any ideas that you have!
Q. WILL PROGRAPHICS WORK WITH A DESIGN THAT I FOUND ONLINE?
A. Yes. We can create a new design for you or format a design that you already have. You can either upload the design on a PROOF REQUEST form, or email it to contact@GreekT-ShirtsMadeEasy.com. Please include yourname, phone number, organization and school name in the subject heading.
Q. I FOUND A DESIGN ON ANOTHER WEBSITE OR MAGAZINE, BUT I LIKE WORKING WITH PROGRAPHICS, CAN YOU STILL HELP?
A. Yes! No matter where you get inspirations for a design, we will recreate or improve upon any ideas you have and create a design that will knock your socks off!
Q. CAN I SEND MY OWN DESIGN IN?
A. Absolutely YES! Any time. There are no additional charges if we need to format your art for printing…
Q. WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. Any format!
Q. ARE THERE HIDDEN SETUP CHARGES FOR SCREEN PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY?
A. Never. Period.
Q. WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY PROOF?
A. Just call us, and we will change it however you want, and send you another one right away!
Q. WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
A.We will ship your order as quickly as you need it, whatever it takes.
Q. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
A. UPS GROUND Shipping is FREE. We may need to charge you up to $1.00 more for next day shipping, but this is very rare, and you will know this up front.
Q. HOW ABOUT FREE T-SHIRTS FOR THE PERSON PLACING THE ORDER?
A. OK.
Q. CAN I ORDER SIZING SAMPLES?
A. Yes, once you have placed an order for a proof, we will send you samples if you are ordering a garment that your chapter is not familiar with.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
A. ONLINE ORDER TRACKING: Once your T-shirt order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email from UPS QUANTUMVIEW with the tracking number, status and progress of your order. You will know exactly what day to expect arrival of your shirts, allowing you to plan in advance.
Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A. There are four different ways you can pay for your order…
CHECK BY MAIL: You have 30 DAYS TO PAY after your merchandise is received. Just secure your order with a personal or organizational credit card number at the time your order is placed.
CHECK BY PHONE: If your checks require only one signature, we can process a CHECK BY PHONE for your organization. Just give us a call with the check in front of you and we will walk you through the rest! We can also keep your information on file, which enables you to pay for any subsequent orders by simply giving us the next check number.
VISA/ MASTERCARD: Either pay for the order at the time of placement, or pay for a previously secured order by just asking us to charge the credit card number on file.

Q. WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT SHORTAGES?
A. The worst thing that can happen to you is that you end up with more names on a list than you have shirts in a box. This is why we OVERPRINT 1-2 extra shirts on every order of 36 or more.
Q. HOW DOES NAME YOUR PRICE WORK?
A. On any order over 200 shirts, we will sell you thye shirts for the price you want them for. Really! No reasonable offer will be refused!
Q. HOW DOES THE PRICE GUARANTEE WORK?
A. Prographics will compete vigorously for your business. If you receive an all-inclusive quote from a competitor that is lower than ours, just email it to us. We will discount it by 15%.
Q. IS THERE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
A. Prographics is committed to delivering quality apparel with high quality printing. If the custom apparel you receive differs from the proof that you approved, or if the garments contain defects such as holes, tears, or stains, you may return your order for a full refund, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us directly for a return shipping address if a return is necessary.
Q. DO YOU OFFER A FLAT RATE TO LARGER CHAPTERS?
A. YES! Just give us a call and we will send you an application.
